My little girl turns 18 today. Where did all the years go? Ballet, tumble tots, Sparks, Brownies, figure skating, highland dance, fiddle lessons,soccer, swimming, basketball.... dances, boys, driver's license, first job, college applications...She's a lovely young woman and I'm so proud of her.
Makes me happy and sad at the same time.

So strange that your little girl still lurks behind the grown-up version. But she always will. Happy Birthday to her.
I think being that proud of your daughter says a lot about the woman that raised her. Happy birthday to you both!
