Happy Thanksgiving.

I chowed down on way too much food but man, that turkey, ham and stuffing were just too good to pass up. Good thing I have two lawns to mow this weekend to wear off some of it.

What am I thankful  for?

That my mother is a great cook.

This fabulous caramel hazelnut cheesecake we had for dessert was to die for.

I'm still full from dinner at the Blomidon and then turkey at the parents. I think maybe the 8 week intense workout schedule will start AFTER the retreat...
